Immediately remove paper <br /> filters from the storage container of metal filters, and containerize oily rags, and make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for these two wastes, and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit <br /> a statement and supporting documentation explaining how these wastes were and will be managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan. <br /> Modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on <br /> call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following information must be posted by a phone: the <br /> name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if <br /> present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. A form was <br /> provided that can be used for this purpose and was filled out at the time of inspection. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No emergency coordinator. <br /> An emergency coordinator information is lacking. The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous waste <br /> are thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures. Provide proof of training to the EHD <br /> for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste.
