A 5 gallon pale with a lid <br /> has been placed in Building C at the rear of the shop by the metal saw. All metal dust will be swept up <br /> daily and put into the 5 gallon pale. The pale is labeled for metal waste and treated as a hazardous <br /> material to be picked up by Fremouw Environmental. <br /> CCR66265.33 <br /> Failed to maintain a Spill Control System in the warehouse location. <br /> We have added grease sweep to the bottom of the containment floor pallets to absorb any spill that <br /> may rest in the floor of the containment pallet. <br /> All drums are to be verified and checked. They will not exceed the 6 month time limit for produced <br /> waste to be on our floor. <br /> These items are added to our Quarterly Safety Inspections. <br /> Routine Hazardous Waste Inspection <br /> 305;108 <br /> A daily inspection of the pallets and drums will be performed by our Warehouse Attendant. The daily <br /> inspection will be to verify that the floor of the pallet containment units are dry. If any spill over looks to <br /> have occurred, the warehouse attendant will check to locate the leak and also clean and dispose of the <br /> hazardous waste from the spill containment. <br /> 108 pg 5 <br /> Building D and Building J.
