25. PCB Ballasts - Depending upon the amount generated, place in appropriate sized container and <br /> label accordingly (Hazardous Waste - PCB ballasts). Label your waste container appropriately <br /> (Refer to labeling section of approved hazardous waste management contractor's "Waste <br /> Handling Manual"). Material will be managed as a hazardous waste stream but will be <br /> recycled and therefore no counted towards hazardous waste generation. Contact Corrugated <br /> Packaging Environmental Affairs or your Heritage Customer Service Representative for further <br /> guidance and assistance. <br /> 26. Computer/Electronic Equipment — Store in a secure area so equipment is protected from <br /> damage or breakage. This waste is non-hazardous and non-regulated except in California <br /> where CRT's are considered "Universal Waste" and must be labeled accordingly (if in <br /> California — refer to labeling section of the Heritage Waste Handling Manual online on the <br /> Heritage website). Except in California where the CRT's will be managed as a Universal <br /> Waste, all other states will manage the waste as "potentially" hazardous and will contact <br /> Heritage for waste disposal instructions. Broken CRT's - if during handling, CRT's break, clean up the breakage and place in <br /> appropriate container (Poly or Steel drum) and keep with Computer/Electronic Equipment. <br /> Broken CRT's are to be handled as a universal waste stream. Label your waste container <br /> appropriately (Refer to labeling section of the Heritage Waste Handling Manual online on the <br /> Heritage website).
