Call our office at '(209) 953-6200 for more <br /> information on available methods for maintaining information on such'extensive groups of <br /> t <br /> sites.' <br /> Single Facility Rule <br /> I <br /> If you are completing two or more Hazardous Materials Management Plan Packets for facilities j <br /> that have different street addresses, but are on the same block, please report this when <br /> submitting your plans by using the "Submit a Comment" link on the .Main Menu. While you <br /> must still submit a separate plan for each facility with a different address, these facilities may <br /> qualify for being treated as a single facility for the purposes of calculating program fees and <br /> scheduling inspections. <br /> Reduction of Hazardous Materials Below Regulated Quantities <br /> At the time that the business is first brought into the program, and if requested by the <br /> business, it will be given a 30 calendar day opportunity to reduce regulated materials below <br /> program thresholds, thereby leaving the program without completing a HMMP.
