STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE <br /> Procedure#: - Tide: *ff**& knd <br /> Issue#: 3 Emergency Evacuation <br /> Issue Date: 7/7/08 Procedures- <br /> Supersedes Date: 1115103 Corrugator Dept. <br /> 1.0 Purpose <br /> The purpose of this procedure is to provide instructions and guidelines to employees for <br /> emergency situations, evacuations, and drills. <br /> 2.0 References <br /> T-1 Safety Management System Manual &Reference, Chapter 14, Emergency Action Plans <br /> IOP 9000 4.21 PROC-0001 4.3.7 Emergency Action Team <br /> 3.0 Definitions <br /> Emergency Evacuation Procedures: Standardized method of evacuating the facility in a safe <br /> manner. <br /> 4.0 Responsibility <br /> All Shift Facilitators and Working Foremen will be responsible for checking that all employees are <br /> accounted for. <br /> 6.0 Safety <br /> All safety rules,regulations, and procedures will be adhered to while carrying out the activities <br /> associated with this procedure. <br /> 6.0 Procedure <br /> Employees scheduled on the following machines: C-97, Roll Clamp Drivers, Corrugator Transfer <br /> Car Operator Boiler/Starch Room Operator,and Baler Operator. <br /> 6.1 Shut off the machines. Shut off Clamp Trucks and set parking brake. <br /> 6.2 Evacuate the facility through the Roll Dock area or the large doors to the Pallet Yard. <br /> 6.3 Proceed to Parking Lot#3 located on the southeast side of the facility. <br /> 6.4 Report to the Shift Supervisor or Working Foreman. <br /> 6.5 Do not re-enter the building until released by the Supervisor. <br /> 7.0 Documentation <br /> No other documentation is needed at this time. <br /> Issued By: Authorized By: Page 1 of t <br />
