CLASS II SURFACE IMPOUNDMENT -6- <br /> MUSCO OLIVE PRODUCTS, INC. <br /> TRACY PLANT AND <br /> THE STUDLEY COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> c) A plan, with methods and time schedule, for the cleaning out of <br /> the brine ponds. This plan shall include complete inspection and <br /> testing of pond and leachate collection system integrity prior to <br /> any reuse of these facilities. <br /> d) Maximum elevation in feet above mean sea level , to which the pond <br /> may be filled and still comply with these requirements. This <br /> elevation and staff gauge calibration shall be established by a <br /> licensed land surveyor or a civil engineer licensed in California <br /> before 1 January 1982. <br /> 2. The Discharger may be required to submit other technical reports as <br /> directed by the Executive Officer. <br /> 3. The Discharger shall comply with the attached Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program No. <br /> 4. The Discharger shall comply with the Standard Provisions and Reporting <br /> Requirements, dated 1 September 1985, which are a part of this Order. <br /> 5. The Discharger shall comply with all applicable sections of Subchapter <br /> 15 that have not been specifically referenced in these requirements. <br /> 6. The Discharger shall report promptly to the Board any material change <br /> or proposed change in character, location, or volume of the discharge. <br /> 7. In the event of any change in control or ownership of land or waste <br /> discharge facilities presently owned or controlled by the Discharger, <br /> the Discharger shall notify the succeeding owner or operator of the <br /> existence of this Order by letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded <br /> to this office. <br /> 8. In the event that the first or second ponds do not perform to the <br /> satisfaction of the Board, these requirements may be revised to <br /> require design or construction modification to existing or planned <br /> ponds. <br /> 9. The Board will review this Order periodically and may revise require- <br /> ments when necessary. <br /> 10. The Board will revise this Order accordingly when water quality <br /> protection standards have been established. <br /> 11. This Order expires on <br />
