EI Dorado Street OC] 7 2017 <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> ENVIRONM' <br /> Resolution No. 2014-04-01 -1601 °EPAR ML HEALTH <br /> Nr <br /> STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF NAVY DRIVE <br /> BETWEEN THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN AND SANTA FE RAILROAD CROSSING <br /> AND WASHINGTON STREET AND RESERVING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> ALONG NAVY DRIVE, WITH ACTIONS RELATED THERETO <br /> On February 25, 2014, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2014-02-25-1210 <br /> giving notice of its intention to vacate a portion of Navy Drive between the Burlington <br /> Northern and Santa Fe Railroad Crossing and Washington Street in the City of Stockton, <br /> California, and to reserve a public utility easement, more particularly described hereinafter, <br /> pursuant to Division 9, Part 3, Section 8300, et seq.,of the California Streets and Highways <br /> Code; and <br /> Resolution No 2014-02-25-1210 provided notice that the City Council would hear <br /> evidence on April 1, 2014, from persons interested in or objecting to the proposed <br /> abandonment to show cause why said subject area should not be abandoned; and <br /> Said public hearing was opened on April 1, 2014, for persons interested in or <br /> objecting to the proposed abandonment to show cause why said subject area should not <br /> be abandoned; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. This City Council,having considered testimony and evidence from all persons <br /> interested in or objecting to the abandonment of a portion of Navy Drive between the <br /> Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad Crossing and Washington Street in the City of <br /> Stockton, California, and the reservation of a public utility easement along Navy Drive, in <br /> the City of Stockton, California, finds that: <br /> (a) The resolution of intention referred to herein was duly published <br /> pursuant to Section 8322 of the California Streets and Highways Code; and <br />
