Hazardous waste <br />generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated <br />manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of <br />all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />120 <br />CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(B) Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br />Bills of lading or manifests for the management of lead acid batteries for the last three years were not found on site. A <br />copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading <br />or manifests for lead acid batteries for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />201 <br />HSC 25163(a) Transported or transferred hazardous waste to a transporter without valid registration. <br />Hazardous waste is being transported by Port of Stockton personnel from this facility to the location at 120 Hooper St. <br />on Rough and Ready Island. Hazardous waste left on properties at the Port are being transported by Port personnel <br />to their hazardous waste storage area at this facility. Transportation of hazardous waste shall be performed only a <br />person that holds a valid registration issued by the Department of Toxic Substances Control to transport hazardous <br />waste. Immediately begin using a registered hazardous waste hauler to transport any generated hazardous wastes. <br />This is a Class I violation. <br />202 <br />HSC 25189.5(a) Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point. <br />-A rusting aerosol can was observed in a container of liquid outside the shop. <br />-A partially full aerosol can of "anti -seize compound" was observed in the trash can in shop. <br />Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of only by transportation to a permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, and <br />disposal facility (TSDF). Immediately cease disposal of hazardous waste to the trash and ensure that all future waste <br />is hauled by a licensed hazardous waste transporter to a permitted TSDF. <br />This is a Class I violation. <br />203 <br />HSC 25189.5(c) Transported or caused transportation of hazardous waste to an unauthorized point. <br />Hazardous waste is being transported by Port of Stockton personnel from this facility to the location at 120 Hooper St. <br />on Rough and Ready Island.
