A gray three gallon container of green liquid that was open and unlabeled behind the shop . Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately remove the waste , make a hazardous waste determination for the green liquid , and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
