Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all <br /> receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br /> review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br /> submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for May 3, 2013 through May 3, 2016 were not found on site. Hazardous <br /> waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. This information was required to be submitted by December 6, 2014.This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br /> inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. List of open <br /> violations: <br /> -Managed a hazardous waste without valid State ID number. <br /> -Failed to keep signed copy of manifest from the designated facility for three years. <br /> - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> -Failed to maintain required emergency equipment. <br /> -Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 302 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain required emergency equipment. <br /> Spill control and an eye wash was not found on site. All facilities shall be equipped with an internal communication or <br /> alarm system, a device capable of calling outside emergency help, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment at all times.
