This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, <br /> dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br /> Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by October 5, 2013. A form has been provided. <br /> 108. Oily rags and absorbent floor sweep waste is being stored on site in three different containers and <br /> is not labeled. The facility does not have disposal records for this waste. Any person who generates a <br /> waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Hazardous waste is corrosive, toxic, reactive or <br /> ignitable as defined in Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Handle as hazardous waste and obtain a <br /> disposal receipt from a registered hazardous waste hauler OR prove that the waste is nonhazardous <br /> waste. Oily rags can be sent to a laundry service approved to handle this material. Keep the laundry <br /> receipts for three years.
