I State of California. <br /> 2 3. Defendants, in the course of defendant's GASOLINE SALES/MINI-MART/CAR <br /> 3 WASH activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.7 hereby permanently enjoined <br /> 4 from: <br /> 5 a. Operating gasoline pumps without a permit after January 1, 2003, in violation <br /> 6 of Health and Safety Code §25284(a)(1). <br /> 7 b. Operating facility without a current certification of financial responsibility, in <br /> 8 violation of Health and Safety Code § 25292.2(a). <br /> 9 C. Failure to complete secondary containment testing by January 1, 2003, in <br /> 10 violation of 22CCR §2637(a). <br /> 11 d. Failure to have current owner information in the facility file, in violation of <br /> 12 22CCR§2711(b). <br /> 13 e. Failure to submit monitoring and response plan to local agency for approval. <br /> 14 in violation of 22CCR §2632(b). <br /> 15 f. Failure to have monitoring and response plan at the facility on July 1, 2002, <br /> 16 during routine inspection, in violation of 22CCR §2712(i). <br /> 17 g. Failure to have EPA Identification Number for the facility, in violation of <br /> 18 22CCR §66262.12(a). <br /> 19 h. Failure to have spill control equipment at the facility, in violation of 22CCR <br /> 20 §66265.32(c). <br /> 21 i. Failure to have hazardous waste emergency information posted by the <br /> 22 telephones at the facility, in violation of 22CCR §66262.34(d)(2). <br /> 23 4. Defendants, in the course of defendants' GASOLINE SALES/MINI-MART/CAR <br /> 24 WASH activities, are pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently <br /> 25 enjoined from: <br /> 26 a. Violation of Chapter 6.7, of the Health and Safety Code described in <br /> 27 paragraph 3 above. <br /> 28 <br /> 2. <br />
