1 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED 2 FIFTY DOLLARS ($10,750.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions 3 Code §§ 17200 et seq.. Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN 4 JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, 5 Environmental Prosecutions Unit. 6 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED 7 FIFTY DOLLARS ($10,750.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code 8 §25299. Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY 9 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION 10 TRUST. Said payments shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, 1 I Environmental Prosecutions Unit. 12 7. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND NINE 13 HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($1,999.50), as partial recovery of the 14 cost of investigation and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL 15 HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, 16 and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental 17 Prosecutions Unit. 18 8. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND SIX 19 HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($1,685.00), as partial recovery of the cost of investigation 20 and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be 21 due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County 22 Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit. 23 9.
