Union St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Latitia, <br /> This is in follow up to a tel-con you and I had on June <br /> 28, 1996 concerning a tank test we had performed at Subject <br /> Site on May 31 , 1996 . <br /> During our tel-con it was agreed that a check valve would <br /> be installed in the product line just under the pump and same <br /> tested. <br /> On July 5, 1996 our technician installed this check valve, <br /> tested and determined that this new check valve was holding <br /> tight and not allowing the product to return to the tank which <br /> is indicative of a tight product line. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Keith A.
