X MANUAL INVENTORY RECONCILIATION <br /> Manual inventory reconciliation shall only be used as part of <br /> a non-visual monitoring program for existing UST's which <br /> contain motor vehicle fuel. NOTE: This option by itself is not <br /> available after January 1, 1993 for UST's where groundwater is <br /> within 20 feet of tank bottom. This option is not available <br /> for any UST after 1998. This option may be used in conjunc- <br /> tion with Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) . <br /> X STATISTICAL INVENTORY RECONCILIATION <br /> Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) shall be used as <br /> part of a non-visual monitoring program for UST's that contain <br /> motor vehicle fuel. SIR is a computerized analytical method <br /> using daily inventory reconciliation data. Testing via the <br /> SIR method will provide monthly results and actual tank tests <br /> will be performed every other year by a qualified contractor. <br /> Piping is pressurized X <br /> Monitoring is performed by an Automatic Line-leak detector <br /> (3-DLD Red Jacket ) , which is capable of detecting a <br /> leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 PSI within one hour and an <br /> annual line tightness and leak detector test. <br /> Piping is suction <br /> Piping is integrity tested once every three years and monitored <br /> daily for the presence of air. <br />
