`. .-.01 <br /> Subcontractor Management and Personnel <br /> Subcontractor management is responsible for the compliance of its personnel with this <br /> HASP. Since Subcontractors are hired for their specific areas of expertise, each must <br /> assume primary responsibility for the safety of its personnel while on the site. Upon <br /> request, Subcontractors shall verify to Nor-Cal Construction management that their <br /> established training and medical requirements are fully in compliance with both 29 CFR <br /> 1910.120 and CCR Title 8 as applicable, as well as any specific or unique contract <br /> requirements. <br /> All Contract and Subcontractor Personnel <br /> Contract and Subcontract personnel,who may become exposed to hazardous or toxic <br /> materials, shall read and acknowledge their understanding of this HASP. All site project <br /> personnel are expected to abide by the requirements of this HASP, and to cooperate with <br /> site supervision in ensuring a safe and healthful work site. Site personnel are required to <br /> report immediately any of the following to the Nor-Cal Construction management: <br /> • Accidents and injuries, no matter how small <br /> • Unexpected or uncontrolled release of chemical substances <br /> • Any person on site that exhibits symptoms of chemical exposure <br /> • Any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment <br /> • Any changes in site conditions particularly any change that might affect the health <br /> and safety of project personnel. <br /> After due warnings,Nor-Cal Construction will dismiss from the site any person who <br /> violates any safety procedures. All onsite personnel will be trained in accordance with <br /> the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.120 and CCR Title 8, as applicable and this HASP. <br /> 4 <br />
