UST Monitoring Plan(TA0235203), <br /> Failure/Disconnection of UDC Monitoring System Triggers Automatic Pump Shutdown was left blank. UST <br /> Monitoring Plan(TA0235205) tank identified Red Jacket instead of the installed VMI leak detector. The accurate <br /> monitoring plans must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). The necessary <br /> changes were made in CERS at the time of inspection and submitted for review by the EHD. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class It violation. <br /> 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. <br /> An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted, racing fuel leak detector was not identified. A site plan <br /> must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. The corrected map was uploaded <br /> into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/at the time of inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 109 CCR 2637 Failed to test secondary containment. <br /> 1) Secondary containment testing for diesel 2 STP sump was last performed on 8-3-2016 with failing results. This <br /> testing has not been completed within the required time frame and is significantly past due. Secondary containment <br /> testing is required once every 36 months. Immediately schedule this test and provide a 48-hours notification to the <br /> EHD, <br /> 2) Repairs to the secondary containment were implemented under SR0075625 permit(UDC 11/12, UDC 8-9 (sat), <br /> UDC 9-10 and UDC 14 (sat)). and inspected by the EHD on 11-10-2016, the a six month testing for these repaired <br /> components was due by 5-10-2017. This testing has not been completed and is approximately 2-months past due. <br /> Secondary containment testing is required six months after installation and at least every 36 months after. <br /> Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 110 CCR 2637(e) Failed to submit secondary containment test report within 30 days. <br /> Secondary containment testing was performed on 11-10-2016 and a test report has not been submitted to the EHD <br /> or the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 <br /> days of the test.
