Box 2009 <br /> Stockton , California 95201 <br /> To whom it may concern. <br /> This is a site safety plan for underground fuel tank removal <br /> for General Transportation located at 1919 E. Charter Way, <br /> Stockton , CA. 95205. <br /> A) This site is a Truck terminal for General <br /> Transportation. <br /> 1 . There are approximately 15 trucks moving in & <br /> out of the Terminal throughout the day. <br /> 2. We, Weldon , Weldon & Cowell Contracting will <br /> place bari.cades, no smoking signs & caution ribbon around <br /> work area, to keep all personnel & truck traffic away from <br /> the tank removal area. <br /> 3. Visitors cars & all none essential vehicles will <br /> be parked outside the work area, in the visitors parking <br /> area. <br /> B) Before work is started on site, a tail gate safety <br /> meeting will be instructed by Kent Cowell . <br /> 1 . It will cover safety of the site. <br /> 2. Clothing to be worn. <br /> a) Fye protection , respirator use, time heat <br /> factor for working with respirators, hard <br /> hats & steel toe shoes. <br /> b) Where safety equipment is found on vehicles <br /> and in shop building. <br /> (1 1 <br />
