Concrete shall <br /> be compacted, screeded to grade. <br /> 2-09. TANK REMOVAL: The Contractor shall meet all requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Local Health District. The Contractor shall : obtain <br /> all tanks removal permits (permit fees will be paid by the <br /> Government). Coordinate with the preceding office for the on-site <br /> inspection. Canty inspector and testing laboratory representative <br /> must be present before each and every tank is removed from the pit. <br /> Removing more than one tank per site visit by the inspector may he <br /> arranged between the Contractor and the County inspector and testing <br /> Laboratory representative. <br /> 2-09.1 Product Leakage: The Contractor shall provide absolute <br /> measures to prevent product leakage into the ground from cut <br /> pipings and valves. <br /> 2-09.2 Trans rttiing, (letting or Welding of Tanks: <br /> riot r to transporting, cutting or welding of tanks, the <br /> Contractor is required to comply with NFPA 327 (na2J- - <br /> requirements. While the tanks are on-thee project site, <br /> water is not permitted to clean inside or outside of tanks. <br /> 0 <br /> 2-04 <br />
