Comments: Site has Vacuum sensors 332175-001 and Float assemblies 332117-001.STP and Fill sumps had <br /> liquid. Removed liquid from sumps and cleaned. Inspector Vickey McCartney on site. The vacuum communication <br /> alarm was not tested in the dispensers and the brine communication in the fill and STP sumps were not tested, only the <br /> brine dispensers were tested. Fills and STP sumps need ball valves to be installed in the bottom of the sumps for brine <br /> communication and the farthest dispenser needs test ports for vacuum communication. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
