Halon Disabled: <br /> Keep track of sites where the halon is disabled. Log who called in the disable <br /> condition. If a trouble or other alarm comes in on a site not disabled then <br /> investigate problem & resolve. <br /> At 4pm start calling sites that have not enabled their halon to remind them to <br /> enable. Log who you talk to. Refer to impairment procedure if halon remains <br /> disabled for more than 24 hours. <br /> Alarms: <br /> Investigate cause for alarms and resolve. <br /> All alarms should have a related log number. <br /> Use ack messa e line prior to acknowledging alarm for special messaging to <br /> everyone else. <br /> Alarms that are more than 10 days old must be further investigated. If the alarm <br /> cannot be immediately resolved then a log should be opened to track the activity. <br /> Check for Controllers with Lost Programs: <br /> Watch the pager screen for"not set" and other abnormal information. This is an <br /> indication that a controller has lost its programs. The controller needs to be <br /> reloaded and logged. <br /> pM Scheduled Vendor Tracking <br /> Track vendor activity for site services utilizing the PM Scheduling Tool to make <br /> entries when the vendor arrived on site and time vendor left site. <br /> Shift Handoff <br /> Complete handoff check list, Alarm Station Daily log and Vendor Tracking sheet, <br /> generator schedules, vendor scheduled PM's, etc to hand off to next shift. Assure <br /> that you allow enough time to hand off shift work to next shift. <br /> Switch lead system when prompted by "Switch Lead" alarm.
