JAN <br /> STOCKTON, CA. 95205 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Attn : Harlan Knoll <br /> Sir: <br /> As a matter of need to know the following information is <br /> forwarded : <br /> On 12-19-88 after the failure of the testing performed , the <br /> empty tank (Gasoline 10K gallons) floated out of the hole <br /> which was filled by the rains and subsequently reported <br /> wherein by mutual consent the tank was pulled to one side <br /> and secured . <br /> Action has been taken as a matter of closure of this site <br /> and the operations thereto as pertains to this tank . <br /> 1 . The arrangements have been made to have the <br /> necessary soil samples tested by Canonie Eng. Ser. Corp. and <br /> will be performed per pending date. <br /> 2 . The authorization to release the analysis results <br /> is attached for your use. <br /> 3 . A layout of the facilities is provided you with <br /> the petroleum tank and dispensing area so marked as well as <br /> that of the company owned and used water supply. <br /> 4 . Arrangements have been made to have the diesel <br /> dispensing pump checked , calibrated and certifies by <br /> Precision Ind . Inc on the morning of 2-1-89 in compliance <br /> with the issuance of permit. <br /> 5 . The leak tests on the two remaining tanks were <br /> satisfactory and was forwarded to you office on or about <br /> 12-18-88 by Crisp Tank Testing of Stockton Ca. <br /> 6.
