Due to the nature
of the activities and workloads at this facility the actual
work for the destruction of the tank by cutting up and scrap
sale of such is scheduled for a non routine work day
(weekend ) as per our conversation in the matter. The tank
will meet the minimium LEL requirements prior to any
activity and the use of dry ice at a rate of 15# per
thousand gallons will be used as required to make entry into
the tank. All appropriate precautions to include those of
the fire department are to be strictly adhered to at all
times.
D.
