The listed factors still need to be corrected before the
permit can be approved:
1. Provide cut sheets for dispenser pans and sumps to be used.
2. The piping secondary containment monitoring does not satisfy current requirements.
State how piping secondary containment will be tested and monitored.
3. State how primary piping soap test will be satisfied.
4. Provide detailed, site-specific tank drawings showing where sensors will be installed and
what types of sensors will be installed. Previously submitted drawings fail to show
requested information. This permit cannot be approved until requested drawings are
submitted.
5. All vent, vapor recovery, and fill pipes are part of the underground tank system and
therefore must have secondary containment. The drawings submitted still show no
secondary containment on vent piping.
If you have any questions I can be reached at (209) 468-3468.
Thank you,
tt - t
Dina Abate, REHS t*
Registered Environmental Health Specialist r, RECOY
Cc: Dennis Cove, Rancho San Miguel
