Box 563 <br /> ANDERSON, CALIFORNIA 96007 <br /> PHONE (916) 365-5434 <br /> WARRANTY <br /> We warrant that our underground dual containment fiberglass coated <br /> tanks will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of <br /> one year following the date of original delivery; will not fail for a period of <br /> thirty years due to external or Internal corrosion, provided tanks are used <br /> solely for gasoline, gasohol (90% gasoline and 10% ethanol mixture), jet <br /> fuel, diesel fuel or fuel oil at temperatures not exceeding 150° F. <br /> Our liability Is limited to the original owner with the tank at the original <br /> Installation site only. At our option we will repair the tank, supply a replace- <br /> ment tank or refund the original purchase price. We shall not be liable for <br /> any labor, other installation costs, Indirect or consequential damages or <br /> other damages in connection with such tanks. The foregoing constitutes <br /> our exclusive obligation and we make no express or Implied warranties, or <br /> any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose <br /> whatsoever, except as stated above. <br /> 17 <br />
