Charter Way, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace the dispensers and install UDC conversion kits, convert <br /> the midgrade(89)tank to diesel, replace the existing wiring conduits at the ATGS, relocate and <br /> cold start the monitoring panel, and complete the EVR phase II upgrade and the ISD upgrade <br /> on the underground storage tank(UST)system at the above noted address. The revised scope <br /> of work may require breaking concrete over all three LISTS. The permit has been approved with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3.
