8. DECONTAMINATION MEASURES <br /> No chemical exposures are anticipated and there will not be a decontamination facility provided on site. <br /> If exposure(s) requiring decontamination occurs, it will be treated as an emergency and the exposed <br /> individual will be taken to the nearest fire station. <br /> 9. GENERAL SAFE WORKING PRACTICES <br /> Personal hygiene facilities(bathroom)are available in the onsite commercial building upon the southern <br /> half of the parcel. There will be no smoking allowed on the site. Heavy equipment will be used in a <br /> workmanlike manner. Operator shall be extra aware of personnel. Personnel will be kept to a minimum <br /> and the operator shall be immediately informed if any additional personnel arrive. California <br /> Construction Orders regulations shall be adhered to. <br /> 10. SANITATION <br /> There are sanitary facilities on site in the commercial building to the south of the tank removal area. It is <br /> up to the owner/contractor,Mr. Ken Willis, to make sure said facility is adequately stocked. <br /> 11. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES <br /> There are no standard operating procedures on these tank backfills except for safety considerations. The <br /> areas to be worked will be well delineated and coned off. Nobody except the Owner and Engineer will be <br /> allowed on site, excluding inspectors. Combustible gas levels will be monitored throughout the operation. <br /> Personnel will stay away from the edge of the excavation and be alert of potential cave-ins. <br /> 12.
