Written Monitoring Procedures Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Program This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County Public Health Services within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making changes. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: Tank: Continuous monitoring. Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detectors and sump sensors perform continuous monitoring on product lines. Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes have float switch that tris impact valve. 2. What methods and equipment,identified by name and model,will be using for performing the monitoring: Tank: Veeter-Root monitors the annular spaces. Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detector and V. R. Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes monitored continuously. 3. Describe the location(s)where the monitoring will be performed(facility plot plan should be attached): Vedeer Root annular space and sump sensors on tanks V R control panel in storage area. 4. Note: maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturers'maintenance schedule but not less than every 12 months. Preventative maintenance on all equipment is in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions. All product lines leak detectors and monitorin a ui ment are tested on an annual basis. 7. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST System,including piping and monitoring equipment: If monitoring equipment goes into alarm store personnel are instructed to call Manager and Manager will call maintenance.
