Written Monitoring Procedures <br /> Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Program <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring program <br /> are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making <br /> changes. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Continuous monitoring. <br /> Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detectors and sump sensors perform continuous monitoring on product lines. <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes have float switch that tris impact valve. <br /> 2. What methods and equipment,identified by name and model,will be using for performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Veeter-Root monitors the annular spaces. <br /> Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detector and V. R. <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes monitored continuously. <br /> 3. Describe the location(s)where the monitoring will be performed(facility plot plan should be attached): <br /> Vedeer Root annular space and sump sensors on tanks V R control panel in storage area. <br /> 4. All <br /> product lines leak detectors and monitorin a ui ment are tested on an annual basis. <br /> 7.
