Emergency Response Plan <br /> Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Program <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this <br /> monitoring program is a condition of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless <br /> required to obtain approval before making changes. Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h)CCR. <br /> Facility Name: Beacon Station#3698 <br /> Facility Address: 153E 11th St.,Tracy California <br /> released <br /> 1. If an unauthorized release occurs,how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? Note: If <br /> hazardous substances reach the environment, increase the fire or explosion hazard, are not cleaned <br /> up from the secondary containment within 8 hours, or deteriorate the secondary containment, the <br /> San Joa uin County Public Health Services must be notified at (209) 468-3420 within 24 hours. <br /> Employees have been instructed to immediate) op the release i.e. turn off the ower, close the <br /> impact valve) and use absorbent to contain the release and revent it's spread to critical areas such as <br /> storm drains and adiacent roe .
