The 87 turbine sump sensor lacked a float. During the <br /> inspection a float was added to the existing sensor and retested during the inspection. Continue to <br /> ensure the facility has continuous monitoring of the tank system as required by CCR 2630(4). <br /> Depending on the scope of work a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor may be required to <br /> replace the failed component(s) with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) under permit <br /> and inspection of the EHD. Corrected on site. <br /> 305. The Bravo box float and chain in the #314, 516, 9/10, 9 satellite, and 10 satellite dispenser sumps <br /> failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be <br /> maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it <br /> detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the chain and verified functionality. Corrected on site. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by 6-15-12 <br /> This report supersedes the initial report checklist left on site 5-15-12. <br /> During power out the monitoring panel crashed and required a cold start was required. Technician <br /> replaced the battery inside the panel and reverified functionality of the sensors connected to the <br /> monitoring panel. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Aris Cacapit (209) 468-3453 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07112/11 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
