GRANTLINE ROAD <br />TRACY, CA 95376 <br />RE: INSPECTION OF OCTOBER 10, 1996 <br />This is follow-up correspondence to the inspection of October 10, 1996. The <br />following items were non-compliance issues noted at the time of the <br />inspection: <br />1. The suction piping must be tested every three (3) years. <br />Test and submit results by 12/14/96. <br />2. An annual certification of operability for the leak detection system must <br />be submitted. <br />Submit by 12/10/96 <br />3. A written response plan for unauthorized releases must be; 1) kept on <br />site; and 2) a copy submitted to Environmental Health. <br />Submit by 11/10/96 <br />4. The enclosed area of the dispenser contained combustible debris, posing a <br />fire hazard. This area must be kept clear. <br />Correct immediately <br />S.
