GRANT LINE ROAD <br />TRACY, CA 95376 <br />Dear Gary; <br />I have reviewed the required elements for the underground storage <br />tank system at 385 W. Grant Line Road. In order to place this <br />tank system in compliance with the tank regulations the following <br />items require your attention: <br />1. Evidence of financial responsibility. A Certification <br />of Financial Responsibility Statement has been provided and once <br />completed must be filed with this office. File by 11/14/96 <br />2. Item 1 of the inspection conducted on 10/10/96 was in <br />error. The suction piping must be tested every three years. <br />Section 2643(d) Piping that conveys hazardous substances under <br />less than atmospheric pressure (suction piping) shall be tested <br />at least every three years at a pressure designated by the test <br />equipment manufacturer. If the piping cannot be isolated from <br />the tank for testing purposes, the piping shall be tested using <br />an overfilled volumetric tank integrity test or other test method <br />meeting the requirements of section 2643(f).
