Also,the site plan has T1 labeled as Diesel Tank,T2 as Premium Tank, and T3 as Regular Tank, <br /> while the Veeder Root system set up labels T1 as the Regular(87)Tank, T2 as the Premium (91)Tank, and T3 as <br /> the Diesel Tank. Correct the tank labels on the site map to match the Veeder Root system set up labels.A site plan <br /> must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at httpalcers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site <br /> Plan. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 113 CCR 2638(d) Failed to submit monitoring system certification test report within 30 days. <br /> A monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were performed on 1/2512016. A <br /> test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). A copy <br /> of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. Immediately provide this report to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation, <br /> 121 CCR 2712(f) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> Inspections were last done on 1/31/2017 and 1/2512016 and inspection reports were issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 30212017 and <br /> 2124116, respectively.This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An <br /> operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br /> written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> The following violations remain open from the 2017 inspection: <br /> 204-Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. Corrected during 1119!2018 inspection. <br /> 210-Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 months.
