PLAN APPROVED BY: KEVIN POST <br /> This site-safety plan (SSP) has been prepared specifically for the <br /> above site. All personnel participating in field work at the site must <br /> be trained in the general and specific hazards unique to the site, and <br /> if applicable, meet recommended medical examination requirements . <br /> The SSP pertains only to personnel of URSA Engineering, and does not <br /> cover any other personnel working at the site. <br /> All personnel involved in field work at the site shall be issued a copy <br /> of the SSP prior to entering the site. They shall be required to read <br /> it, and shall be allowed to ask any questions before or during work. <br /> Daily safety meetings shall be held by the site safety officer and URSA <br /> Engineering personnel working at the site to review safety procedures <br /> and to determine if the previous day' s safety goals were met. <br /> A copy of this SSP shall be kept on site at all times. A copy shall <br /> also be kept in the site supervisors vehicle. <br /> D. POSSIBLE HAZARDS (PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL, OTHER) : <br /> Chemical (diesel/gasoline contamination) ; physical (heavy <br /> equipment operation, underground utilities, overhead power lines, <br /> noise, traffic) . <br /> E. REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) FOR THIS PROJECT: <br /> Level D.
