STANDARD PROCEDURES FOR REPORTING EMERGENCIES: <br /> Name of person making call. <br /> Telephone number at location of person making call. <br /> Name of person(s) exposed or injured. <br /> Nature of emergency. <br /> Actions already taken. <br /> CALLER SHOULD NOT HANG UP FIRST - LET RECIPIENT END CALL <br /> C. EMERGENCY ROUTES <br /> Out exit gate past front entrance <br /> D. EMERGENCY PLANS <br /> FIRE: Call 911. Small localized fires can be extinguished by URSA <br /> ENGINEERING or other trained contractor, if there is no risk to <br /> worker safety. Evacuate site if fire is out of control. <br /> CHEMICAL EXPOSURE: Remove individual from immediate area of <br /> contamination. If skin contact has occurred, wash the skin with <br /> water. Wash eyes with eye wash for 15 minutes. Transport victim <br /> to hospital or call 911. If victim is taken to hospital, take SSP <br /> and notify hospital of chemical to which victim was exposed. <br /> FIRST AID: Minor injuries can be attended to on-site.
