METHOD OF REMOVING AN UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE FROM THE <br /> SECONDARY CONTAINMENT <br /> a. Any unauthorized release into the secondary containment syst�m of a product <br /> tank will be removed by pumping. Uncontaminated',product rthay be returned <br /> to the tank. Contaminated product may be returned'to the refinery to be <br /> recycled or may be disposed of following procedurelq in accort ance with <br /> California Kealth Safety Code requirements. <br /> b. ARCO Maintenance will be responsible for authorizing and se�ecting <br /> contractors for the work to be performed. <br /> 5.
