Notify the following persons: Jim Thorpe Oil Inc. 368-6175 <br /> J. Charles Irwin 334-9613 <br /> If deemed necessary Emergency Response 911 <br /> 2. The proposed method to be used for immediate containment of above <br /> ground spill: <br /> Spread absorbent material on the spill. Call Thorpe Oil Co. <br /> for removal of hazardous substances. Create a ridge of dirt <br /> encircling the spill until Thorpe Oil Co. can remove the <br /> hazardous substance from the premises. <br /> 3. Name and title of person(s) responsible for authorizing any work <br /> necessary under this response plan. <br /> J. Charles Irwin, President <br /> Bob Hoffman, Superintendent of Grounds & Maintenance <br /> Gary Witherspoon, Assistant Superintendent of Grounds & <br /> Maintenance. <br />
