The monitoring of the tank leak alarm shall be performed on a once a <br /> month basis. <br /> 2. Two tank leak alarm systems are available. One for the 500 gal diesel <br /> fuel tank and one for the 1000 gal gasoline tank. The tank leak alarm <br /> has a button to press and appropriate lights will indicate whether there <br /> is a leak. The green light indicates no leaks. The red light indicates a <br /> problem or leak. <br /> 3. The monitoring system is located on the east wall of the shop. <br /> 4. Person(s) responsible for performing the monitoring : Gary <br /> Witherspoon and Bob Hoffman, grounds and maintenance <br /> supervisors. <br /> 5. Spills or leaks shall be reported to: Jim Thorpe Oil, Inc.. 351 N. <br /> Beckman Rd., Lodi, CA 95240. PHONE: 368-6175. <br /> Report to the Cherokee Memorial Office to: J.
