Photos are attached. The piping and filter <br /> are 1-3 feet above grade within the dispenser. <br /> We have contacted the State Water Board for guidance on this issue but have not received back any information. <br /> If the Water Board comes back with a determination that the piping and filters must be contained within the under <br /> dispenser containment (UDC)footprint, Fed Ex must immediately cease operations until the piping and filters can be <br /> reconfigured under permit from my department. <br /> To conduct the inspection today we need Fed Ex to provide a statement that the underground tank system will be closed <br /> until repaired if the Water Board makes a determination that the piping and dispensers must be contained within the <br /> U DCs. <br /> Garrett Backus, Ld.
