The previously described
well is approximately 50 feet from the tanks and does not present any known
hazard.
3) the detailed site map attached shows that the tanks, piping and ad-
jacent properties do not expose the premises or people involved to any hazards
due to septic tanks, leachfields, building, water lines, sanitary or storm
sewers or other location hazards.
4) the accompanying hospital route diagram shows the quickest and most
feasible route from the jobsite to Lodi Memorial Hospital, Lodi, Ca. should
transportation of anyone injured at the jobsite be necessary.
5) all workers employed by Western Meter Service, Inc. at the jobsite
are experienced at their work, aware of all safety precautions, and have been
instructed and trained at the safety and shop meetings described herein.
