In all the monitoring plans,the section labeled <br /> "Under Dispenser Containment(UDC)Monitoring", 'UDC monitoring stops flow of product at dispenser' is marked <br /> Yes,this should be marked No. In all the monitoring plans, "audible/visual alarms"and "fill tube shut off valve" is <br /> marked yes. Make a comment to which overfill protection is utilized. In all the diesel tank monitoring plan,the <br /> section labeled"Vent,Vapor Recovery(VR)and Riser/Fill Pipe Piping Construction,"fiberglass is marked for"vapor <br /> recovery primary containment"and should be marked none.The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit <br /> for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. <br /> An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. Site plan is lacking a leak detector on the 87 west tank, <br /> general piping layout,fill containers, and sensors are marked in sumps that does not contain sensors. A site plan <br /> must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site <br /> Plan. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 201 CCR 2712(b) Failure to maintain monitoring, maintenance, and follow up action records. <br /> Monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. The monitoring system certification testing report <br /> for 1/7/2015 was not found on site. These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring <br /> records include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and <br /> maintenance records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the <br /> field; (5)logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment,ground water elevations, or other test results; <br /> (6)results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all monitoring records for the <br /> last three years on site and submit a copy to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(1)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times.
