COMMENTS <br /> Replaced ECPU2 board. <br /> Found liquid in all sumps and found 871 STP sump sensor raised and all other sump <br /> sensors not with in 1 inch of lowest point discharge side. Must sensors are 12 inches <br /> away from lowest point. Removed approximately a total of five galloons of liquid by use <br /> of stinger without entry into sumps and left liquid on site in liquid tagged hazmat drum dated 012717 and is 1/4 full <br /> Placed sensors back to original positions due to not enough plumbers tape to move sensor to correct position. <br /> 87 1 STP sump sensor was relocated to lowest point on discharge side. <br /> OCT 1 2 2017 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL MENTAL HE L <br /> nr=o EN <br /> %2017 Walton Engineering.Inc. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
