The sensor cords were short by 1, 14, 3, 4 inches, respectively. Monitoring <br />equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. The sensor were <br />replaced with new VR 460 liquid sensors to the lowest point of the tank by the service technician. EHD witnessed <br />installation and testing of the 87(slave), 87(master) and 91 sensors during the inspection. The Diesel sensor was <br />replaced after EHD left the site. Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained to detect a leak at the earliest <br />opportunity. Update CERS to reflect the change from the old 420 annular sensors to the new 460 annular sensors <br />under each tank. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />313 <br />HSC 25290.1, 25290.2, 25291 Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product -tight. <br />A leak was observed in the dispenser 5/6 meter on the west side of the dispenser, indicating a leak in the primary <br />piping. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, <br />and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component.
