If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be <br />removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed a quarter cJ'Wf liquid from the 87 E and 91 <br />STP sumps and 87 W (slave) and diesel fill sumps and approximately two quar*s of liquid from the diesel STP <br />sump and approximately one cup of liquid from the 87 E (Master) fill sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular <br />spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />On site on January 5, 2016, to conduct a routine UST monitoring system certification, spill container and line <br />leak detector inspection.
