The dispenser containment <br />must be continuously monitored. The sensor located in the <br />dispenser sump must be able to provide positive auto shut down. <br />This must be provided in order to receive the line tightness test <br />exemption. Positive auto must shut down the turbine when the <br />sensor senses a leak is disconnected or malfunctions. The <br />dispenser containment and sensor information has been noted and <br />added to the facility file.
