These records shall be kept on site for three years. Immediately locate and maintain these records on site and <br />submit copies to the EHD <br />This is a minor violation. <br />207 <br />CCR 2715 Designated operator did not inspect all required items and/or the inspection reports not completed. <br />The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the secondary containment test on the <br />February 2015 through April 2015 and the May 2014 through December 2014 designated operator monthly inspection <br />report. The test date on the D.O report was August 12, 2012 when the correct date was October 24, 2011. During the <br />monthly inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system <br />have been completed and document the dates they were done. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly <br />inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />208 <br />CCR 2715 Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 months. <br />The January 2015 designated operator monthly inspection reports was not found on site. Designated operator <br />monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. Locate and ensure that copies of <br />the previous twelve months of designated operator monthly inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies <br />to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />300 <br />CCR 2636(f)(1) Monitoring in the UDCs failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow at the UDC. <br />The diesel Bravo box float and chain in the 1-2 UDC sump failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when <br />tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of <br />product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the chain(s) and verified functionality. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />310 <br />CCR 2636(f)(1) Sensor in a turbine sump failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br />The 91 STP sump sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of <br />the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow <br />of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection.
