These heavy weights <br /> and vibrations cause further chance of destabilizing <br /> the excavation walls. <br /> Proposal <br /> We propose to backfill and compact the north and east ends of the ex- <br /> cavation. (Figure 2) This would allow us to restore both the fire line <br /> and the storm drain.
