Cotulla: <br /> The following information is provided for approval of the under- <br /> ground tank closure plan for the Carnation Company. <br /> 1. Facility address: 1815 Navy Drive <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> 2 . American Environmental Management Corporation will be the <br /> contractor: <br /> Class A <br /> License #464159 <br /> 3 . The tank is an estimated 3500 gallons . The tank previously <br /> contained various solvents. <br /> 4. American Environmental Management Corporation gur k Lab <br /> will collect the soil samples and a "Release of Informa- <br /> tion Authorization" signed by the facility owner/operator. <br /> The samples will be analyzed by Eureka Labs. <br /> 5. All residual hazardous waste solids will be properly dis- <br /> posed of in a licensed Class I landfill. <br /> 6. The tank will be purged by 15 lbs/1000 gl. of dry ice. <br /> 7. Disposal Method? Class I Landfill <br /> The tank will be properly disposed of in a licensed Class I <br /> landfill. <br /> Enclosed is a parcel plot plan showing the tank and distance <br /> from all premise buildings.
