The Bravo box float and chain for 91 -product in dispenser 3-4 under dispenser containment failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician removed debris from the spill reservoir and verified functionality. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. CCR 2635(b) No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. The 87 -product spill container failed the one-hour hydrostatic test. All USTs shall be equipped with a spill container that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that allows drainage of the collected spill into the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. The service technician discovered that the cap had not been seated properly; the service technician re -seated the cap and the 87 -product spill container passed the one-hour hydrostatic test This was corrected on site.
