San Joaquin St., Stockton, CA <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)has completed the review of <br /> L the application for a permit to the following work on the underground storage tank(UST)system <br /> at the above noted address: <br /> - Replace the underground primary fuel supply piping by pulling a new Western <br /> L Fiberglass Co-Flex flexible double wall pipe through the existing secondary piping, <br /> which will then serve as a rockguard chase pipe. <br /> - Replace the secondary test boots on the vent/return piping, with contingency to replace <br /> the primary and secondary ventfreturn piping with FRP primary and secondary piping if <br /> secondary containment retest fails. <br /> - Test new piping in accordance to applicable regulations and specifications <br /> - Collect one soil sample every 20 lineal feet of the fuel and vent piping using a hand <br /> auger. The samples will be collected within two feet of the piping at a depth of one to <br /> two feet below the base of the piping. Samples will be submitted to McCampbell <br /> Analytical, Inc.,within 24 hours for diesel, BTEX, and oxygenate analyses. <br /> - Triple-rinse and decontaminate the removed piping by inert gas such as nitrogen. <br /> �- - Rinsate will be hauled by Evergreen Oil, Inc. to be disposed at Ecology Control <br /> Industries. <br /> - Removed piping will be hauled by Ecology Control Industries to be disposed at Ecology <br /> Control Industries. <br /> - Perform secondary containment test after installation, and 6 months after installation. <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 6 <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> L 3.
